Frequently asked questions
I hear you have some general questions about the academy and how it works. Luckily we’ve got a crystal ball here so we already know what you want to ask…
You can be infinite years old to attend a course or workshop through the academy. However, these course are all considered further education, therefore you’ll need to be post high school age at minimum.
We always strive to make our offers accessible to everyone. We will be continually seeking funding to help us offer scholarships to dedicated students, minority groups, and low-income households. Please check on your specific course listing to see if a scholarship is available.
If you are a full paying student there is always the option to pay your course fees in instalments. You will just need to email us so we can discuss a number of instalments that works for you. You will then get a recurring invoice and we will set up a direct debit for future instalments.
Absolutely. For our courses aimed at business owners, you are very welcome to fund a staff member to attend on your behalf. You may have a social media savvy employee or an apprentice who is eager to learn and take on the content creation role within your business. This is a great way to upskill your staff and invest in your business.

If online is the best option for you, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! However, these won’t be ready for our Spring 2025 term so please sign up to the waiting list if you’d like to hear when this is an available option.
If there are no courses this term that you’re able to attend please do email us and let us know. We will be constantly listening to feedback to make sure our courses and workshops are accessible. Our courses will repeat regularly, so we will do our best to make sure the days and times are different in the next term.
